IMPORTANT: Open setup, there will likely be pop ups saying there's a newer file than what setup is trying to extract, hit no don't replace. Set your NR and player directories.  For me, using the drop downs crashes the program. Hover over them and scroll instead. If it keeps crashing, try opening the game first and then allstars.exe. Program is unstable. You can hit register later unlimited times.  Author

External 3D viewer. Useful for lining up bases while painting cars.  Save paints inside of carviewer folder as "card.bmp". Run carviewer, select the make, file-->open texture, find card.bmp you just saved. Voila! For mods, DL and save xfile folder inside of carviewer folder and save "card.bmp" inside the xfile folder. Now hit file-->open directx mesh and find the xfile you just saved inside of carviewer.
