When configured correctly, allows external scrolling tickers and live track view. PTF Converter is used to set up track view, it converts sandbox files that NR uses when recording telemetry. External 3D viewer. Useful for lining up bases while painting cars.  Save paints inside of carviewer folder as "card.bmp". Run carviewer, select the make, file-->open texture, find card.bmp you just saved. Voila! For mods, DL and save xfile folder inside of carviewer folder and save "card.bmp" inside the xfile folder. Now hit file-->open directx mesh and find the xfile you just saved inside of carviewer.

Set your NR and player directories.  For me, using the drop downs crashes the program. Hover over them and scroll instead. If it keeps crashing, try opening the game first and then allstars.exe.
